
I have already admitted in these pages that I’m not good at math. Yes, I eventually conquered cap rates, but the struggle was real. I’m also not good at science. Literature, history, music, art — those are my jams.
So when a billionaire commercial real estate developer told me he credited much of his success to his study of evolutionary biology, I thought, ‘Should I really be doing this podcast?’ But it was fascinating. And I actually get it.
